Up to 20 weeks $200/one time
On-going covering multiple races $125/month

Short Distance, Ultras, and OCR

Includes:

  • Consultation call (30 minutes)

  • Customized programming based on current fitness and goals

  • Daily text support on workouts, progress, program changes, etc.

Pricing:
Up to 12 weeks $100/one time
On-going covering multiple races $110/month
